SEYMOUR - On Memorial Day, May 27, 2024, at approximately 9:10 a.m., Seymour Police Officers Sam Hughes and Joe Fagan were on routine patrol when they observed a fully involved residential fire at Hancock and Euclid Streets. Officers Hughes and Fagan found a female yelling for help and suffering .
