With more than come with 159 countries in this years report we have been able to identify some very common themes that were seeing across the globe. One of these is the worrying rise in state sponsored discrimination and hate, which we have seen here in the United States as well. But a more promising theme is that we are also seeing rising levels of activism, which is exactly what Amnesty International is all about.
