Dimayuga took his oath of office before Executive Secretary Victor Rodriguez on Wednesday, officially becoming the MMDA's acting chair. In a statement, MMDA Flood Control and Sewerage Management Office Director Baltazar Melgar-who was previously the MMDA's officer-in-charge-welcomed Dimayuga and took note of his previous achievements that would foretell his performance as chief of the MMDA.
