Authorities tell abc7 the driver of this volvo was speeding toward the city when he struck this chrysler trying to make a left turn on first sterling avenue. When police got on scene the driver was gone. Police say one of the two passengers in that volvo also tried to flee. He didnt make it far because of the injuries. He was stopped. He had a weapon.
