IMD predicts very dense fog conditions to continue over North India for the next 4 days, along with severe cold day conditions for the next 2 days. Over 150 flights delayed at Delhi s IGI Airport due to dense fog and Republic Day restrictions, causing disruptions in air traffic
Patiala was also under the grip of severe cold, recording a maximum of 10.7°C, Ludhiana recorded a high of 12.4°C, Pathankot 11.2, Ferozepur 10.1, while Faridkot recorded a maximum of 10.5°C.
The India Meteorological Department has predicted dense to very dense fog conditions over North India for the next five days. Severe cold day conditions are also expected in India for the next few days.
