The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce is working to help those who have struggled with substance abuse find employment in the state and encourage other businesses to give people a second chance.
Ashley McCarty is the director of the Recovery Program through the state Chamber and says that one in three Americans will battle with addiction in their lifetime, and this program is set to help them recover from that with gainful employment.
