Global Fund Applauds UK Pledge to Seventh Replenishment

The Global Fund warmly welcomes the decision by the United Kingdom to renew its strong commitment to help end AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria and strengthen health and community systems around the world. Minister for Development Andrew Mitchell announced a pledge of £1 billion to the Global Fund for the coming three-year period.

Achieving Global Goals Together

Following the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment, the Global Fund convened a high-level roundtable entitled “Achieving Global Goals Together”. The event brought together leadership of Country Coordinating Mechanisms and Principal Recipients for an interactive dialogue on the work that we need to undertake together as a partnership to achieve global goals by 2030, using the Global Fund strategy as an enabler.
