The province said there are 14 communities in total that are eligible for the vaccine. A map showing which communities are included in the eligibility can be found on the Province of Manitoba s website. For those not living in the priority areas, eligibility remains at 50 years old and older for individuals, and 18 years old and older for Indigenous Manitobans for the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. The eligibility for the AstraZeneca vaccine is 40 years and older, or ages 30 to 39 for people with certain medical conditions. The AstraZeneca vaccine is available at pharmacies across the province.

Those living or working in specified jobs in River East South, St. Vital North and Seven Oaks East 18-years-old or older are now eligible for the shot.
As of Tuesday morning, eligible geographic-based communities include:
Winnipeg Regional Health Authority – Inkster West, Fort Garry South, Seven Oaks West, Downtown East, Point Douglas South, Inkster East, Point Douglas North and Downtown West
Prairie Mountain Health – Brandon East End and Brandon Downtown
Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority – Powerview-Pine Falls
