Hours ago a strong response from Governor Newsom to three counties who have been defying his stay at home order. Good evening. The warnings go to yuba, sutter and those businesses that allowed gyms, businesses and malls to reopen in defiance of the governors orders. He says they are endangering Public Health. The Governors Office sent a letter to the counties warning they could lose disaster funding if they continue to defy orders. The county leaders say they opened up because the areas had fewer covid19 cases and other parts of the state. Just yesterday, Wilson Walker visited Sutter County were Business Owners told him the shutdown order was the right call but it is also right to start reopening. Napa and sonoma counties have aligned their orders with the state space to guidelines. That mean some retail shops are open for business tonight. That is for the first time in more than a month.
