© press A co-founder of Black Lives Matter has released a statement to set the record straight on her political philosophy, confirming that BLM leader Patrisse Cullors, who once described herself as a “trained Marxist, is attempting to clarify her position following accusations that she s a communist. In her video, titled  “something I’ve been accused of over the last several months.” Cullors, who serves as the BLM Global Network executive director, uploaded a video to her YouTube channel to address the many questions of whether or not she is “a Marxist.” Am I A Marxist? she never actually sets the record straight by giving a direct answer to the question.
