Two get death, three others get life in prison for murdering youth in Bogura Star Digital Report Star Digital Report
A Bogura court today sentenced two people to death and three others to life in prison in a case filed for killing a youth at a temple in Shajahanpur upazila in 2016.
Bogura Additional District and Sessions Judge Ishrat Jahan gave the verdict in presence of all the convicts today.
The death row convicts are Md Bipul (27) of Shajahanpur upazila and Md Arun (25) of Sadar upazila.
Meanwhile, Rajib Sarkar (30), Robiul Islam Sony (27) and Alam (25) of Shajahanpur upazila were sentenced to life in prison, said Binoy Kumar Ghose Razath, additional public prosecutor of the court.
