After a nightmare day here. Reporter almost like crossing a swollen creek. I saw the alerts advisorying to stay away. Reporter advising to stay away. Reporter flooding near the grand avenue exit brought traffic to a near stand still for 5 miles. As cars went through up to 3 feet of water that covered six lanes of traffic.
