Police in Da Nang City have arrested and prosecuted two more people for taking part in a ring that brought foreigners into Vietnam illegally under the cover of experts.
The arrest warrants were issued upon two the local residents, Le Xuan Thanh, 37, and To My Hong Anh, 32, on Saturday, three days after the detention of another ring member, Nguyen Tran Anh Tuan.
Thanh is director of two companies, Phi Anh Pro Co., Ltd. and Patour Trading and Services Co., Ltd., with their offices located in the Monarchy apartment building in the central city, investigators reported.

SHIJIAZHUANG, April 9 (Xinhua) Nine Chinese workers previously announced missing during an explosive disposal operation that went wrong on Wednesday have been confirmed dead, local government said on Friday.
The government of Chicheng County, north China s Hebei Province, said on its website that the search and rescue work was completed Thursday night, with the nine people confirmed dead.
An explosion happened at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday when the workers of Anchen Security and Blasting Services Co., Ltd. were disposing of expired explosives of a coal chemistry company. Three workers suffered from injuries and nine were reported missing at the moment.

AAICLAS working to deliver 2 crore doses of COVID-19 vaccine to 41 places by January 8 PTI
Indore: A senior official of AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Co Ltd (AAICLAS) on Wednesday said the work to deliver two crore doses of COVID-19 vaccine to 41 destinations across the country from Pune by January 8 is underway.
On the sidelines of a programme here, AAICLAS Chief Operating Officer K Selvakumar told reporters here, “In the first phase, two crore doses of COVID-19 vaccine are to be delivered from Pune to 41 destinations across the country with the help of more than 100 flights.” This delivery is planned from January 6 to January 8.
