We spoke to several witnesses to this crash and they told us this truck was going twice the legal limits before it went airborne and that the victims include children. Lisa amin gulezian is live in San Francisco with new details. The janitor works here in the embarcadero as well as all of the downtown stations. He logs about 114 hours a week. The researcher who discovered all of this says the janitor is not to blame, but instead bart is. Tens of thousands of people ride bart.
