[singing roar] [ ] [ cheering and applause ]. Mayor breed hello, everyone. Im San Francisco mayor london breed, and i am so excited to be here today. Hello. First of all, i love katy perrys version, but i will buy that single if you guys to upload it. Beautiful. Thank you so much to the amazing choir that burton has been traditionally known for every since i was in high school, which wasnt actually that long ago. Burton always had an incredible choir and was an incredible force in this city for academics and so many things. So it really is an honor to be here, because this initiative, opportunities for all, is something that is near and dear in my heart. I am so fortunate because when i was in high school, you know, there was not really a lot of opportunities to learn and to grow and to figure out what i wanted to do in life. I grew up in the western edition in the philmore community in Public Housing where my grandmother raised me. It was so easy to turn to some of the negative activi
Stuff, i love going to my local places and they are all going away. I would like to come up with something that is a winwin on both sides. What that is . I dont know. Im trying to get feedback. I like what william said here, you know, maybe if there is something we can get back, or something you said, like low hanging fruit with fees. I will point to the ordinance that was presented, item number three was a recalculation of fees that brought fees down that makes a placket system easier to comply with. Lets not look at this as a stick, it also does not exist in a vacuum. We are at the fate of the restaurant hearing just two weeks ago. If there is an right now for carrots for Small Business, it is right now. I do not think that this ordinance is going to kill restaurants. Im sorry, i dont think so. I look at an email sent out by the California Restaurant Association that disparages this as a tax, which says this is making changes to the bussing requirement that its not making. It says we

The planning commission. Perhaps we should orchestrate thats what happens before we go to the planning commission. That is my thought. That would be great. That would be great. If we could see some draft policy framework statements that is intended to go before planning, that would be great. Thank you. Any Public Comment on this item . I have a card for you. Commissioners, 300 years ago, the state team that was mentioned this list for the california Natural Resources agency, the California Environmental protection agency, the state water board, the department of water resources, the department of fish and wildlife, none of them existed 300 years ago. The tribes, the native americans have been there for 13,000 years this is a very convoluted subject. Im going to stick to the river. We abuse that river for a long time. Good morning and welcome to flight 93 National Memorial. My name is stephen clark, and i have the high honor of serving as the superintendent of flight 93 National Memorial, one of of over 400 sites within the National Park system. The National Park service is honored and deeply humbled to serve as the steward of this moving memorial dedicated in memory of 40 amazing heroes. On this day 18 years ago the passengers and crew members of flight 93 bonded together and prevented their hijacked airplane from reaching its intended target, washington, d. C. , a mere 18 minutes flying time from this very location. Unquestionably they sacrificed their own lives to save so many. Ever since that moment these special people have always been remembered as heroes. Not just to americans, but also many around the world. Extraordinary citizens who showed incredible strength and resilience under extraordinary circumstances. Id like to take a moment to acknowledge the many dignitaries and representatives i
