A reasonable officer in the defendants place with all his training and all his experience, including that 40hour crisis intervention course and a refresher course, should have known that and recognized it. Floyd was trying to get into the car. He was trying to work up the courage. He said he would count to three. He just couldnt do it. So the defendant arrives on the scene.
