Armenian Church marks Good Friday Good Friday, observed in Armenia on April 2, marks the sixth day of Holy Week in the lead-up to Easter. During Holy Week, the Armenian Apostolic Church marks the most important events of Our Lord Jesus Christ’s earthly life – his entry into Jerusalem (Palm Sunday), his last supper, betrayal, crucifixion, entombment, and his triumphant resurrection.
