6月25日晚，每日优鲜正式以“MF”为证券代码在纳斯达克挂牌上市，其在本次IPO中总计发行2100万股（含绿鞋2415万股）美国存托股票（ADS），发行定价13美元，位于招股区间的下限。以此发行价计算，每日优鲜IPO募资额约为3亿美元，IPO市值为32亿美元。
然而尴尬的的是，即便下限定价，也止不住美股资本对“生鲜第一股”的抛售。根据盘后数据，每日优鲜开盘后破发，一度暴跌36%，最终收跌25%，报9.66美元，总市值22.74亿美元，一夜之间市值蒸发7.86亿美元。更为严重的是，每日优鲜盘后继续下挫8.18%，报价8.87美元，相当于每日优鲜真实暴跌为31.77%，市值蒸发9.72亿美元。即使买入100股，也相当于一夜亏413美元，折合3200港元。
