为进一步改革完善苏州市社会救助制度。日前，苏州市出台《关于江苏省改革完善社会救助制度实施意见重点任务的落实举措和分工方案》，明确统筹发展社会救助体系，兜住兜牢基本民生保障底线，巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接。
《方案》围绕“完善救助制度体系，构建综合救助格局”等基本要求，对照“建立健全分层分类救助体系，建立‘物质+服务’救助方式，促进社会救助城乡统筹、区域协调发展”等7个重点任务，结合苏州实际，细化提出23条具体落实措施，明确了部门分工和完成期限，为进一步推动苏州社会救助高质量发展提供了制度支撑和工作保障。
