<p>We humans cannot do anything with complete purity because our sinful hearts lead us into areas of vast sin, and there is only one way they can be fixed: Jesus Christ. He is the only way toward a pure heart, and He is the only One whose nature (heart) is perfect. </p>
When we think of witches, the Bible is not the first place we consider looking. But in describing certain events which involve female necromancers, some Bible commentators have employed a feminine term (witch) to describe the witch of En-Dor who met with Saul. She was a necromancer, someone forbidden by the Lord to be in the presence of His people (Deuteronomy 18:10).
“God wants me to tell you…” Have you ever heard (or said) either of those two sentences? Many people have, but is it true? Does God directly tell us to say or do something? What about when you have something (or someone) on your mind, and you are unsettled until you do something or talk to someone? What do we do when we feel like God is trying to tell us something?
As Christians first and foremost in relation to what the world sees we are to be ambassadors for Christ. We are people called by God to represent Him to a lost and dying (secular) world, and as we become more and more like Jesus (2 Corinthians 3:18), the world will see His character in and through us. We will spell out more of who we are to be to the world later in this article.
