On June 6th, around 10:25 p.m., Evansville Police Officers were dispatched to Dress Plaza (100 NW Riverside Dr.) in reference to a male who fired a handgun. The witness gave a good description of the male suspect and vehicle that he was in. Officers responding to the run observed the vehicle leavin
