At two substations knocked out power to half the town early saturday morning. The towns utility director says as of this morning, only one business was still without power. Crews worked through the Night Saturday to get the electrical system working again and all homes had the e wer back as of two o clock sunday morning. A norfolk, nebraska man has been sentenced to almost a year in jail for an illicit relationship with an underage girl. 20year old luces rasmussen pleaded guilty in Madison County District Court to cocoributing to the delinquency a minor. He had been charged with two counts of Sexual Assault of a minor. Investigators say that when he was 19, rasmussen engaged in sexual relations multiple times with the girl, who was 13 at the time.
