I really want to thank the Eurasia Center for todays program which is entitled the state of human rights in putins russia. As you know, the Atlantic Council has been a vigorous voice on subjects from disinformation to ukraine, the scale and scope of aggression in ukraine into the illegal annexation of crimea.
