Happened. Apparently just before 2 30 this afternoon a parent was leaving his house, according to family members say his two and a half year old daughter ran out after him. Police believe she was trying to run after her father to tell him goodbye and he may not have seen her and ended up hitting her with the front part of his truck. This is a very hard seen again to process because this involves a two and a half year old child and police say the father is being very cooperative, but it was also a very sad seen because the mother was clutching her daughter and didnt want to let her go and they gave them some time privately to grieve before they took the child away. When we talked to Police Officers earlier, again they were getting emotional too one of them says, this is a very hard situation for them to be in. Hard. Very hard.
