According to Litle, 20-year-old Baker, of Columbus, was jealous of Wyatt who was staying with Baker s on-again, off-again boyfriend at his Sixth Street apartment in Zanesville.  With the help of McKnelly, who she was also in a relationship with, Baker planned to kill Wyatt.

WHIZ News Zanesville Police: Area Man Charged with Indecent Exposure The Zanesville Police Department says it has identified the man who has been exposing himself in our area.  Detective Sergeant Phil Michel says the suspect is 73-year-old Gary Johnson.  He faces six counts of indecent exposure and three counts of criminal trespass.  Johnson currently has a warrant for his arrest for the offenses.  Michel would like to thank the public for their assistance identifying the suspect in this case. Arrest warrant issued for man accused of indecent exposure ZANESVILLE - Police have identified a man suspected of walking up to homes throughout Zanesville and exposing himself. An arrest warrant has been issued for 73-year-old Gary Johnson. He is charged with six counts of indecent exposure and three counts of criminal trespass. According to Detective Sergeant Phil Michel, Johnson is accused of peering into windows and masturbating. Police took nine reports of similar incidents between March 23 and May 15. According to detectives, it usually happened in the late evening and early morning hours. Incidents have been reported in the areas of Van Horn Avenue, Linden Avenue, Euclid Avenue, Greenwood Avenue, Market Street, Orchard Street, Hamline Avenue and Alice Street.
