SHAH ALAM: A 40-year-old teacher pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here Wednesday to six counts of offering RM9,000 in bribes to policemen between March 2019 and June last year.
Norimi Hashim claimed trial after all the charges were read out to her before judge Rozilah Salleh.
According to the first charge, the woman had allegedly offered RM1,500 to Sergeant Mohd Shukor Md Yusop from the Shah Alam police district headquarters (IPD) patrol unit, as inducement not to take action against her foreign workers who did not have valid travel documents.
