N driver tells police speed limit was too slow after being busted for excessive speeding A BC driver couldn’t escape a recent ticket despite displaying an astonishing amount of honesty with police. On Tuesday, VPD Traffic Sergeant Mark Christensen posted a tweet detailing the interesting encounter with the new “N” driver. According to Christensen, the motorist was clocked s going 106 km/h in a 50 km/h zone in the Lower Mainland. However, after being pulled over, the driver told police that the speed limit was “too slow” and that it should have been 70 km/h.
