Louise carlos had just bought the canoe a couple of weeks ago. He took his fiance and his brother fishing late yesterday afternoon at coyote point. His uncle told him the 12foot canoe seemed dangerous. I said i dont think its a good idea to go fishing, its awful small. The boat tipped over carlos jumped over and flipped it back and it flipped again. Reporter the three were kept afloat only by life jackets. At some point the young male decided to swim to shore to get help. Reporter hours later, a report from their family that they were missing. The coast guard in South San Francisco launched a searle and rescue operation. In the Early Morning they heard her cries in the dark for help. They rescued her. But half hour later, they found the body of luis. Then his father. Both died apparently of hypothermia. Workers at the restaurant were shaken by the news. The owner says he was a great employee. Reporter tonight bay area environmentalists are watching very closely because there are trains carrying the same highly flammable fracked oil that was on those trains through richmond on their way to martinez.
