The three-game set all started with a decisive victory over Iowa State on Thursday, March 10th 72-41. Then came Friday's game vs Oklahoma where they eeked out a victory by one point with a final score of 56-55. It was then on to Saturday and the Big 12 Championship vs the number one seed Kansas Jayhawks. Kansas showed why they are the number one seed with an easy victory over Tech 74-65. That gives them the #1 seed in the upcoming NCAA Tournament.

They’re literally changing the meaning of words to fit their agenda.
Take Biden’s effort to recast what a “bipartisan bill” is. According to Biden, it doesn’t mean what one would think it would mean, from the plain meaning of the words: a bill with support from both political parties. According to Biden, because he doesn’t have that support from the Republicans in Congress, now he wants “bipartisan” to mean if he, Biden, claims there is support among Republicans somewhere in America.
Biden’s now taking that ‘through the looking glass’ recasting of words to the infrastructure bill. Infrastructure no longer means what we’ve all come to expect it to mean: roads, bridges, dams, etc. Now, infrastructure pretty much means anything Biden and the Democrats think they might be able to shove into the bill. The liberal cult turns on a dime to accept this bastardization of the word.
Pernicious cynicism threatens all of us
It was bound to take a toll. As a society, we have been subject to a non-stop bombardment of political vitriol, unchecked media bias, misleading (at best) commercial claims and rampant on-line and telemarketing fraud. Those unyielding influences have turned the most pragmatic among us into skeptics and the naturally dubious into persistent cynics.

Cynicism is a defense mechanism. It is a way to regain a sense of control after one’s ability to trust has been eroded. Cynicism alleviates the need to put any effort into discerning which people, institutions or principles of science are worthy of our trust. To a cynic, none of them are. It is easier for the cynic to live in a perpetual state of outrage and denial than to admit that there is any good in the world or that there are any universal truths. Eventually, persistent cynicism becomes accepted as a substitute for wisdom. It is a poor substitute.
