Tamica Rose Coman, 22, abused the Noosaville police officers on November 6, 2020, earning herself a court date. Coman faced Murgon Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 25, charged with two counts of contravening a police requirement, two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and one count public nuisance. She pleaded guilty to all charges. Police prosecutor Pepe Gangemi told the court the contravene requirement charges resulted from Coman failing to attend the Noosa Police Station between November 5-18 and Maryborough Police Station between November 29 and December 10 to provide her identifying particulars.

Paul Gregory Conomos faced Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Monday, May 10, facing four charges related to a search warrant executed at his Gordonbrook Dam caravan on April 14, 2020. The 6o-year-old pleaded guilty to producing cannabis, possessing cannabis, possessing a bong, grinder and pipe, and obstructing police. Police Prosecutor sergeant Pepe Gangemi said police executed the search warrant at Conomos property at 10.30am, finding two cannabis plants, 288 grams of cannabis leaf and drug paraphernalia such as bongs and grinders.

Appearing before Murgon Magistrates Court via video link, the defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to unlawfully assaulting a woman occasioning bodily harm, breaching a domestic violence order, and failing to appear in court. Police prosecutor Sergeant Pepe Gangemi said police were called to a Murgon address on February 27 by the defendant, who admitted to breaking his partner s nose during an altercation. Police received a triple-zero call from the defendant. He said, I broke her nose , Sergeant Gangemi said.
