Apr 14, 2021 3:09 PM Palm Coast, FL - A Flagler County man who pleaded guilty to a 2019 indictment that accused him of trafficking a minor for sex will now spend the next three decades behind bars. 49-year-old Sean Farrelly was arrested by the Flagler County Sheriff s Office (FCSO) back in February 2019—when he was 47—and charged him with two counts of sexual crimes against a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The Federal Bureau of Investigations later picked up the case the month after his arrest, the same month a grand jury indicted him for sex trafficking of a minor. Court documents show that Farrelly recruited, enticed, and solicited a 16-year-old child to engage in commercial sex acts, by texting the victim, sending her pictures of money, and providing her with alcohol or marijuana between March 2018 and February 2019.
