Something hit the train ever happened at this point. Heres what we know. On friday the ntsb said assistant conductor on the train that derailed said she heard radio conversation between the engineer, and a septa engineer. They both said their train had been hit by objects just before crash she said. But on several National News shows this morning the ntsb said the septa engineer recalls no such conversation. And investigate verse listened to the dispatch tape and heard no communication from the amtrak engineer to the dispatch center to say that something struck the train. But, the nssb says a mark on the windshield does point to something hitting it. And the fbi is going to examine it tomorrow to try to figure out what happened here.
