PRISTINA (Reuters) - Kosovo's parliament on Saturday passed a resolution banning ethnic Serbs from voting on Kosovan soil in Serbia's national referendum on constitutional amendments.
According to Vassily Nebenzia, Moscow considers these developments as a manifestation of Pristina’s deliberate policy toward aggravation, seeking to squeeze the Serb population out of the province
Maria Zakharova underscored that the Kosovars demonstratively display their unwillingness to "abolish their aggressive plans, aimed at cleansing the province of all non-Albanian residents by creating insufferable living conditions"
