It is the second such alleged incident in less than a year.
Jerry A. Duncan, 66, of Granite City, was charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, and unlawful use of property, all Class 2 felonies.
The case was presented by the Granite City Police Department.
Police executed a search warrant at the house on April 1. According to police, Duncan was the only person taken into custody.
According to the latest charges, on Feb. 25 and March 30 he allegedly delivered less than five grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant for the Granite City Police Department. He was also charged with “knowingly and unlawfully” using or allowing his house to be used for drug sales.
