A woman has claimed that a good percentage of Bath society will not benefit from plans to turn Entry Hill Golf club into a mountain bike park.
An investigation is continuing into a weekend burglary at St. Eunan’s Cathedral in Letterkenny.
In what’s been described as an opportunistic crime, the break-in happened while mass was taking place.
The burglary happened on Saturday morning last between 10am and 10.30am.
Entry was gained to the Sacristy area of the Cathedral while Mass was taking place and a couple of mobile phones were stolen from there.
Gardai are interested in any sightings of a male who was observed in the area around the time.
The man is being described as in his mid 20’s and wore a backpack and green camouflage style trousers.
