Christmas kicked off in New Ross on Saturday, as huge crowds came out for a parade, Santa, the traditional selection box giveaway at The Tholsel, festive music and more. Santa, New Ross Municipal District cathaoirleach, Cllr Anthony Connick and The Nomad band members turned on the lights to great cheering from children and adults alike, outside The Tholsel.
