TCS was the top drag in the opening session, as the stock slipped around 1.50 per cent, after the IT services major reported an 8.7 per cent jump in its Q2 net profit.
By 9.20 am, Sensex was trading 304.76 points, or 0.45 per cent higher at 67,431.84, while NSE Nifty50 jumped 76.95 points, or 0.38 per cent to trade at 20,073.30.
