For those 80 and older unable to attend today’s drive-up vaccine clinic at the county fairgrounds, a dedicated phone line is being set up through the Columbiana County General Health Department so appointments can be made the following week. Those ages 80 and older are asked to call 330-692-2210 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., starting on Monday, Jan. 25 through Friday, Jan. 29. A scheduling specialist will make help make an appointment. The health department is requesting people to remain patient because a high volume of calls is expected. The next age group will be 75 and older, which is expected to begin in the upcoming weeks.
