Fayette County Circuit Court Judge Paul M. Blake, Jr. has announced that he will retire at the end of his term. Blake was appointed to the court by then-Governor Joe Manchin in 2005. He was elected for the first time in 2006 and re-elected in 2008 and 2016. "After nearly 50 years in the legal
