Northern Territory Police have charged a youth with multiple property offences in Darwin’s northern suburbs.
The 13-year-old male was allegedly involved in a number of incidents between 23 June 2021 and 5 July 2021.
Strike Force Trident detectives arrested the youth yesterday, he was charged with the following:
1 x Robbery in company
8 x Stealing
2 x Damage property
He was remanded to appear before court today.
Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Bland said, “It is always frustrating to see a youth charged with such a list of offences. NT Police will continue to work to keep the community safe.”

Police lay charges – Stolen vehicle at Bayview
Northern Territory Police have arrested three youths and one adult in relation to a stolen vehicle in Bayview this morning.
At approximately 2:45am, a vehicle was reported stolen from a residence on Dew Place. A short time later, police apprehended the vehicle on Tiger Brennan Drive using a tyre deflation device.
Four females were apprehended at the scene, two aged 16, one 17 and one 19.
Strike Force Trident detectives charged the 16-year-old driver with:
1 x Unlawful use of motor vehicle
1 x Unlawfully possess property
1 x Fail to obey direction of police officer
1 x Drive unlicensed
Two thieves on a chaotic crime spree hit a number of businesses in the Palmerston area, finally driving a stolen vehicle through the front of a liquor store during the early hours of May 12.
