The First Minister announced yesterday (March 2) to the Scottish Parliament that all remaining primary school children are to return to school full-time from March 15, with all secondary pupils returning in some form from March 15 until April 2.
Welcoming the announcement, chair of the Education Committee, Councillor John Finlayson said: âI am delighted that we can see the return of more of our pupils to school settings in the next couple of weeks.

A plan for returning pupils to school has been issued by Highland Council in a letter to all families.
The letter outlines the plans for primary one to three, and confirms that pupils in primary four to seven should not expect to return to school before March 15 at the earliest.
