Says Lofa County District #1 Representative, Francis Sackilla Nyumalin Francis Sackilla Nyumalin, Lofa County District #1 Representative, has vowed to institute an impeachment bill against Associate Justice Joseph Nagbe for what he (Nyumalin) calls “Acting against the decision of the full bench of the Supreme Court.” In a lengthy phone-in radio interview with ELBC on May 5, 2021, Rep.
