A huge fire appeared to be devouring the los gatos restaurant. Manresa is located next to a fire station and firefighters pounced quickly and called in extra help with the second alarm. Weapon the smoke cleared, the restaurant was still standing. The damage, really, is the roof. The damage on the inside is smoke damage and water damage from the firefight. The vaunt was closed all weekend for cleaning so no fresh food was lost in the fire. Firefighters say the staff was able to cancel this weeks food order.
