II (the Company) announced today that it priced its upsized initial public offering of 35,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and will begin trading tomorrow, Tuesday, January 26, 2021, under the ticker symbol NSTB.U. However, advocates note the unprecedented scale and enormity of the problems still facing tenants and landlords as a result of the pandemic and are urging even more action.
