(CNS News) According to a new poll, 63% of Republicans and 62% of all Americans believe that a third party is needed to represent the American people during elections.
In the survey (Jan. 21 – Feb.2), Gallup asked, “In your view, do the Republican and Democrat parties do an adequate job at representing the American people, or do they do such a poor job that a third party is needed?”
In response to the question, 62% of Americans said a third party is needed compared to 33% who said the two parties, Democrat and Republican, are adequate.
