Okay. Committee will come to order. As we resume the markup, i want to give people an idea as to how well be proceeding. Well continue with another round of questions about the modification. Well then conclude this portion of the markup at the completion of that round. I hope everybody doesnt have to ask questions, if they do, they do. At that point the modified mark will be open for amendments. Before we continue for the next round in fact, i think its open for amendments now. First i want to say a few words about some of what has been said thus far. By democratic colleagues always profess to be the champions of middle class families. We see that rhetoric in full bloom, on full display today. Thats why it is absolutely astonishing to me that they are so opposed to the repeal of the individual mandate tax. They talk as though everything is fine with our Health Care System and that the repeal of this tax will send it all tumbling down. The fact is that obamacare is already failing. Larg
