Now, on monday, we saw the latest example of republican obstructionism in an attempt to trap others in the senate. CLEVELAND, Ohio New Year’s Day isn’t today according to the U.S. Senate’s father time, Mitch McConnell, who marks it as January 5, 2021.
Tuesday is the Georgia runoff election for its two U.S. Senate seats. If Democrats win both races, Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky will remain Senate Majority Leader and $2,000 Covid relief checks will remain in his trash bin.
