We have an overwhelmingly ofpanic population with 55 our population being of hispanic origin with the great majority being puerto rican. We are a working class community, and we have so many people relocating from puerto rico after Hurricane Maria looking for opportunity. Unfortunately now, we are stuck with an inadequate, inapt response to Hurricane Maria and our covid19 pandemic.
