Snr Constable Cath Nielsen has said her partner s death must not be in vain
She spoke at an inquest regarding the death of Senior Constable Brett Forte
Mr Forte was killed after he was shot during a siege involving Ricky Maddison
Ms Nielsen asked questions about reports automatic gunfire had been heard
She said she had been vilified and ostracised by other police officers
She told the inquest, my life was made a living hell for asking these questions.
