Richard Roberts, 48, Allen Todd, 23, and Zachary Shipman, 25, were charged with third-degree assault after they attacked Harriott Co-Captain Damien Pickett and a 16-year-old employee.
The 16-year-old boy, identified only as Aaren, who was filmed jumping into the Montgomery River and swimming to the aid of a dock worker being attacked by a group of people has been dubbed "Black Aquaman" for his heroic action.
